Junior Sales Development Representative (Intern / Trainee)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative. You will assist in generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and driving various outbound campaigns. You will work alongside members of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams in order to achieve Lifeed ambitious business objectives. 

We initially offer an internship / traineeship contract with concrete perspectives of growth.

Requirements and functions

What you will be doing:

  • Qualify inbound leads and develop outbound sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and demos between prospects and Key Account Managers
  • Manage the Lead Management pipeline through Hubspot 
  • Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects (i.e. through LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Create and manage the communication flow – email and calls – with current and potential prospects
  • Act as a pre-sales and qualification point of reference for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the CRM to improve efficiency and the quality of the information available, and help discover hidden opportunities

What we are looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development / lead generation / outbound sales  
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English 
  • Experience working with CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines 
  • A sales approach to analyzing business opportunities 
  • Passionate about sales and willing to have a real impact on business metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Global Alliances Manager

The Opportunity:

Your primary purpose within this role is to engage in a consultative process to identify and develop international and domestic strategic partnerships, overseeing the entire journey from the strategic approach to pipeline development to negotiating a deal to account management of the relationships.  You will work alongside members of the leadership team and with stakeholders in the Marketing, Customer Experience and Communication teams in order to ensure that all new partners receive the support they need in order to succeed.

Requirements and functions

What you will be doing:

  • A full 360° approach to channel partnership from strategy, to sourcing, to negotiation, to closure and account management.
  • Strategic Partnership Development work
    – Manage the conceptualization and creation of a standardized approach for engaging and onboarding new partners to ensure a successful launch of the relationship, as well as ongoing processes to objectively evaluate the success of the relationship.
    – Define strategy and business plans including value propositions, turnkey solutions, and economic models that meet prospective partner needs and enterprise requirements.
    Represent the company at high-profile industry conferences and prospecting events. Serve as company spokesperson in building awareness and interest in partnering ventures.
    – Providing insightful feedback to other corporate functions, particularly to product development and marketing
  • Business development: lead the partnership proposal process by
    – Generate a pipeline of partnerships, manage inbounds, identify and prioritize potential partners based on strategic fit, speed of implementation, and growth opportunity.
    – Leveraging colleagues, own connections, events and campaigns to maximize opportunities and leads generation
    – Draft presentations, documents, reports, and other collateral to successfully engage and solidify new partnerships.
    – Manage contract development and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial arrangements that provide an opportunity for long-term growth.
    – Develop and maintain a structured business intelligence database to support the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of new opportunities.
  • Onboarding and account management
    – Facilitate new partner onboarding by working with colleagues across the organization.
    – Ensure plans are in place to ensure a seamless launch and ongoing relationship management.
    – Ensure measurement and tracking systems are in place to gauge new business effectiveness.
    – Prepare dashboards and other communication tools; and lead cross-functional forums to provide regular updates and performance reviews.


What we are looking for

  • Relevant work experience with a successful track record within B2B channel partners development
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering high-level presentations for multiple stakeholder groups
  • Client focus, and a track record of delivering excellent results
  • The ability to bring innovative solutions to problems
  • Ability to leverage the existing network of contacts to introduce new partners;
  • A collaborative approach to working with customers and colleagues
  • Great commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Project management skills and ability to analyze and optimize results
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A self-starter and continuous learner who integrates new knowledge quickly into action

Nice to have

  • Experience in software/IT industry, SaaS, HCM
  • Previous experience in fast-growing Tech companies or start-ups
    Knowledge of Italian and/or other European languages
