Get to know myself better, discover resources I didn’t know I had, share my experience and enrich myself with the experiences of others. Placing my individual story in a collective context and, who knows, maybe I’ll discover that there is more than one meaning that can be attributed to the experience.

PARENTS

It all began with the program for expectant mothers and fathers of children under 3 years old. It blossomed into a surge in skills and energy, touching over 80 Italian companies in just a few years, involving 10,000 parents and including 2,500 fathers. It has breathed life into a pilot project in 23 countries all over the world.

It blossomed into a surge in skills and energy, touching over 70 Italian companies in just a few years, involving 7,000 parents and including 2,500 fathers. It has breathed life into a pilot project in 23 countries all over the world.

Fresh out of the program, the mothers returned to work with a pride in their newly strengthened skills.
The new fathers were also mindful of how their new role had made them more flexible, empathetic, motivated and able.

Their responses, feedback and the program impact in the company confirmed and solidified the Life Based Value research in terms of the value of transilience. It’s the ability to adapt to change, moving from one role to another in both private and professional spheres.

There are lots of them within companies, less visible than new parents but much higher in number. There’s always lots to learn, even when we’re being overloaded or worried. This life phase strengthens dedication, attention, empathy, patience, all the skills that empower both people and companies have good relationships and carry out their work in an efficient way.
