Care of people as part of ING\u2019s strategy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For years ING has been promoting initiatives to foster the inclusion <\/strong>and care <\/strong>of its employees, with a particular focus on enhancing the skills of employees who are parents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is why in 2020, as part of its Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ING Italia introduced the Lifeed programme for its employees who are new parents to complement its holistic approach to the transfer of soft skill<\/strong>s from private life<\/strong> to work <\/strong>with a development and support path dedicated to them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • To give people an extra tool to achieve an improvement in transferable soft skills at work<\/li>
  • To create a continuous thread within the employee journey even when people have to take a break from work<\/li>
  • To foster the well-being and engagement of those returning to work after a long period of absence such as parental leave<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
