How the analyses are conducted<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We use qualitative-quantitative techniques and Artificial Intelligence tools to analyse complex and dense data: the reflections and self-narratives that people generate in response to \u201ccontextualised prompts\u201d present during the learning experience. The prompts and reflections are an integral part of Life Based Learning\u00ae by Lifeed, the only learning method that can offer companies a special lens through which they can get to know their people, help them realise their full potential and implement personalised growth, wellness and engagement plans more effectively.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The analysis and interpretation of this data allows companies to intercept phenomena and trends on people’s needs, emotions and behaviour, both at home and in the workplace, useful in highlighting how people’s habits and expectations of companies and new ways of working are evolving.
