It helps to bring the <strong>change in cultural paradigm<\/strong> that the world needs right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are just a few of the themes that were explored further at the <strong><em>\u201cBeyond stereotypes: the value of life transitions for people and companies\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>event, organized as part of <strong>4Weeks4Inclusion. <\/strong>It&#8217;s the biggest cross-corporate event dedicated to inclusion and promoted by TIM. Over 200 companies came together for a 4 week marathon that focused on this very topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event organized by <strong>Lifeed<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong>Barilla<\/strong> featured <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Riccarda Zezza, CEO at Lifeed<\/strong><\/span>, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Giulia Lamarca, Content Creator, Psychologist and Change Maker<\/span><\/strong>,&nbsp; <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Valeria Icardi, Customer Team Director &amp; D&amp;I ERG Balance Italy Leader at Barilla<\/span> <\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Chiara Bacilieri, Head of Data at Lifeed<\/span><\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Watch the full video here:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PkMVcZIzIiU?controls=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the aim of creating a <strong>new parenting culture<\/strong> within their company, Barilla launched the <strong>Winparenting Program<\/strong> to support parents and their managers through this important transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By analysing over 3,000 reflections from Barilla employees collected by <strong>Lifeed&#8217;s Work-Life Observatory<\/strong> through the Winparenting program, we can see a clear picture of the emotions that their people are feeling as they journey through parenting experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barilla has dynamically analyzed this data to allow them to <strong>see people for all they really are<\/strong>, considering a range of soft elements (such as the evolution of needs over time) that&#8217;s not always something that companies consider.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lifeed and Barilla at 4Weeks4Inclusion talk about the importance of seeing people for all they really are.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":27078,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[257],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-27088","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-events-meetings-2"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.6.1 -
