The company was honoured at the conference organised by the university for the <strong>project undertaken in conjunction with Lifeed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, between 2020 and 2022, Mondel\u0113z started two training paths in partnership with Lifeed dedicated to the recognition and <strong>enhancement of the soft skills that people develop in their private lives<\/strong>, which can also be recognised and applied in the workplace. The first path is dedicated to the <strong>advancement of caregivers<\/strong>, aimed at all employees who take care of other people, developing skills and expertise that are also useful in the professional sphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constant monitoring of engagement data showed that <strong>85% of the people involved expressed greater well-being and closeness to the company<\/strong>, and increased their sense of responsibility, leadership skills and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The excellent results prompted Mondel\u0113z to expand the self-coaching solution to the entire corporate population<\/strong> with the aim of developing <strong>greater work-life synergy<\/strong> and exploring people\u2019s identity dimensions by appreciating their uniqueness and hidden talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/lp.lifeed.io\/it\/case-study-mondelez?_ga=2.123996426.1041838300.1652035911-1821432870.1610979361\">download the case study<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Promoting work-life synergy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor years at Mondel\u0113z In<em>ternational in Italy, we have focused on listening to our people and promoting actions aimed at supporting our well-being. <strong>The Lifeed masters courses are part of the company&#8217;s range of welfare<\/strong> \u2013 such as the programme aimed at stress-free parenting \u2013 <strong>and well-being<\/strong> services, which are designed to support people by harnessing the <strong>soft skills that emerge from their vast array of life experiences<\/strong>.
