For years ING has been promoting initiatives to foster the inclusion and care of its employees, with a particular focus on enhancing the skills of employees who are parents.
This is why in 2020, as part of its Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ING Italia introduced the Lifeed programme for its employees who are new parents to complement its holistic approach to the transfer of soft skills from private life to work with a development and support path dedicated to them.
We believe that harnessing the link between people’s private life experiences and work can improve engagement and inclusion
