WORK-LIFE OBSERVATORY

A privileged perspective on the relationship between people and companies

The Work-Life Observatory was created with the aim of analysing, studying and reporting on the emotions, expectations, needs and talents of the people involved in Lifeed learning paths.

How the analyses are conducted

We use qualitative-quantitative techniques and Artificial Intelligence tools to analyse complex and dense data: the reflections and self-narratives that people generate in response to “contextualised prompts” present during the learning experience. The prompts and reflections are an integral part of Life Based Learning® by Lifeed, the only learning method that can offer companies a special lens through which they can get to know their people, help them realise their full potential and implement personalised growth, wellness and engagement plans more effectively.

MEASURABLE RESULTS

The analysis and interpretation of this data allows companies to intercept phenomena and trends on people’s needs, emotions and behaviour, both at home and in the workplace, useful in highlighting how people’s habits and expectations of companies and new ways of working are evolving. The data illustrate the impact of being able to recognise and value one’s employees across all their roles in terms of effectiveness, well-being and engagement.
